Summary of Qualifications

However, you must be able to demonstrate, through the experience stated in your written application materials, that you have sufficient knowledge, skills and ability to successfully perform the work of this position without more than normal supervision. . Minimum Qualifications (Screen Item): Ability to perform the work of a supervisor with no more than normal supervision. To satisfy the screening element, candidates must document their experience or demonstrate their ability to perform the following tasks: assist in distributing work to others; confirm that materials are available for work orders; and provide job status updates. Failure to comply with this filtering element will result in an ineligible grade. You will be assessed on the basis of your skill level in the following areas:
Ability to direct or supervise Ability to use and maintain tools and equipment Position requires standing, bending, walking, climbing ladders and scaffolding which requires working overhead overhead or in stretched, cramped or awkward positions. The work of the arms is considerable when washing walls, Venetian blinds, blackboards, changing light fixtures and replacing ballasts. The chef must lift objects weighing between 50 and 100 pounds. Working Conditions: Some work in this position is performed in a maintenance shop where the supervisor is subject to cuts from hand or power tools and fumes from lawn mowing equipment and cleaning materials. The chef frequently works outdoors in all weathers, including rain and extreme heat. He works on scaffolding, high ladders and roofs when painting, changing electrical appliances and cleaning walls and windows.
